The blog below was completed in December of 2012 upon completion of my sabbatical. Since that time the Tumaini University has changed its name to the University of Iringa. I believe this to counter competition from surrounding Universities. Opportunities still exist to teach but as time goes by I lose contact with more folks. If you would like more information, I can direct you to people who are still active in Iringa and the Bega-Kwa-Bega program of the St. Paul Synod of the Lutheran Church. These folks can provide more up-to-data contact names for the University. I still highly recommend that you teach in Tanzania.
